An AI receptionist for business phone lines. It answers every call instantly, understands what the caller needs in Romanian or English, answers from the company's own knowledge base, books appointments, opens tickets and sends confirmations by SMS, WhatsApp or email — and hands off to a human with full context when needed.

What we built

Real-time voice pipeline on phone numbers, with streaming speech recognition and synthesis
Knowledge-base search combining keyword (BM25) and semantic vectors, fused with reciprocal rank fusion

Token-based billing with Stripe, usage metering and an admin dashboard
